First Entry

I'm creating this as an easy way to keep people up to date with what's going on with me while I'm in France. The town I'm going to be in is called Macon. I think I'm going to be staying in an apartment with another girl, also from the US, also a primary school assistant. I don't really think I'll have a clear idea of my whole housing situation until I get there.

Speaking of getting there, I'm leaving on September 27th, which seems way too soon most of the time. Packing wise, I actually feel ahead of the game. And for anyone who knows me, that's pretty crazy. Although, I stopped working last week, so I've had a lot more free time than normal too. And I have to fill the time some how.

I keep having nightmares that I can't speak French.
